Chocolate Earl Grey Cookies


  • 2 ½ tbsp Mosi Earl Grey loose leaf tea
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • tsp baking powder

STEP 1: Fill the silicone sieve with Mosi Earl Grey tea and secure it to the infuser lid.

STEP 2: Pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.

STEP 3: Attach the lid, switch up the lock, and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes.⁠ Flip over and let the tea sit for 15 minutes or until it is cooled off.

STEP 4: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

STEP 5: Cream together butter, sugar, and steeped tea tea. Beat in vanilla, then eggs, one at a time until incorporated. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder; fold into egg mixture until just mixed.

STEP 6: Drop cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a ungreased cookie sheets.

STEP 7: Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
