Minor issue but Most Came Through!

I had a seal that had a flaw so they sent me out a free replacement! GREAT customer service and all is well! Would definitely buy again. It’s great to work with a company that actually cares!

Good, if small

It works exactly as advertised. The parts are good quality and easy to clean, and it is very well insulated. My only caution is that it is a smaller size than you might assume for a tumbler. It is a decent single serving, but is not a whole-morning amount of tea (at least the amount I can drink in a morning).

MosiTea multisensory infuser

Backed immediately from Kickstarter, this has been the killer product! Multi-sensory is the keyword, as I am a totally blind user and want to share information for other people in my condition who'd like to try - unfortunately videos and instructions are not too descriptive for what concerns components' shape but let me share my multi-sensory experience.

Components are easy to distinguish: the lid with drinking spot and place at bottom where to attach the filters, the head (top) which can be easily locked and closed. Two round circles, one over and one under the drink spout, which are detachable and can be washed.

Then, the bottle taking 30 ml of liquid. Let's come to components: the silicone one is needed for loose leaf tea (hot) and is smaller. The rigid cylinder is cold brew, and then another strange object very similar to a flower, that's for matcha. Thinner part attaches to the lid, the larger will go down the bottle and, when fixed, simply shake it! No way to see? Tries and mistakes till you practice. Shake it like a baby toy but also turn it upside down many times in order to dissolve lumps.

Drinking spot is a round plastic piece which seems a filter itself, like the ones used to filter the flour, but those small holes are used to distribute the smell... And sound.

Yes, sound. I agree with producers when they suggest to prepare filter before water, close infuser and then fill it from the top.

What about sound? Yes, the infuser with filter filled (or matcha powder…
