Earl Grey Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Mosi Earl Grey loose leaf tea
- 1 cup hot boiling water
- 1 tbsp pure honey
- 2 cups uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (or quick oats)
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Mosi All-in-One infuser to combine all the ingredients easily
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cup
- Mason jar
Directions
STEP 1: Fill the silicone sieve with Mosi Earl Grey tea then secure it to the infuser lid.
STEP 2: Pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.
STEP 3: Attach the lid, switch up the lock, and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes then flip over.
STEP 4: In a mixing bowl, add the honey, oats, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour in the steeped tea. Whisk together until well-combined.
STEP 5: Carefully spoon into two (half pint) mason jars (or airtight containers). Seal the jars with lids and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
STEP 6: After the oats are ready, open the jars then give the oats a stir and taste. Add additional milk if you prefer a thinner consistency and/or more honey for a sweeter flavour.
STEP 7: Finish by topping the overnight oats with a cookie or wafer if you like. Enjoy!
