Earl Grey Yuanyang with Rose
- 1/4 cup organic evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp Mosi Earl Grey loose leaf tea
- 1 tsp dried rose petals
- 1/3 cup strong brewed espresso
- 1/2 tsp vanilla to taste
- Sugar to taste
Tools + Equipment
- Mosi All-in-One infuser to combine all the ingredients easily
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cup
- Small whisk (that fits inside your cup)
- Coffee maker
STEP 1: Fill the sieve with Mosi Earl Grey tea, rose petals, and mint sprigs and secure it to the lid.
STEP 2: Heat the milk of your choice for 30-45 seconds in a microwave-safe mug. Once the milk is heated, take a small whisk and vigorously whisk back and forth for 15-30 seconds until the milk is frothy.
STEP 3: Add milk, vanilla, sugar, and brewed coffee to the infuser and attach the lid to the infuser.
STEP 4: Pour boiling water into your infuser through the spout.
STEP 5: Attach the lid, switch up the lock, and flip the infuser upside down. Steep for 4 minutes.
STEP 6: Flip it right side up, add ice cubes then shake several times. Enjoy!
