Matcha Milk Pudding
- 2 tbsp Mosi Vanilla Matcha powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

STEP 1: In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved.
STEP 2: In a bowl, mix cornstarch and Vanilla Matcha powder until well combined.
STEP 3: Pour the mixture into the saucepan with the milk and sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
STEP 4: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
STEP 5: Pour the pudding into a bowl and let cool to room temperature.
STEP 6: Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
