Oolong Tea Panna Cotta


  • 1 tbsp Mosi Everest Oolong loose leaf tea
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup of cold water

STEP 1: In a medium saucepan, bring the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to a simmer.

STEP 2: Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp of Everest Oolong loose leaf tea.

STEP 3: Steep the tea for 5-7 minutes.

STEP 4: In a small bowl, add the gelatin powder and cold water, mix well and let sit for 1 minute.

STEP 5: Remove the tea leaves from the cream mixture and mix in the gelatin mixture.

STEP 6: Pour the mixture into six ramekins or dessert cups.

STEP 7: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.

STEP 8: Serve and enjoy the creamy and sweet flavors of the Oolong Tea Panna Cotta.
