Orange Spice Tea Panna Cotta
- 2 tbsp Mosi Orange Spice loose leaf tea
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tsp powdered gelatin

STEP 1: In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, orange zest, and Mosi Orange Spice tea leaves. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a simmer.
STEP 2: Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
STEP 3: Strain the cream mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean saucepan and add the gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
STEP 4: Divide the mixture into 6-8 ramekins or cups.
STEP 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. STEP 6: Serve chilled and garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest or a tea leaf.
