Rooibos Lavender Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Mosi Rooibos Lavender loose leaf tea
- 1 cup water
- 1 shot of gin
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sparkling water
- 1 tsp honey
- lavender sprigs for garnish

- Mosi All-in-One infuser to combine all the ingredients easily
- Measuring spoons

Directions
STEP 1: Fill the silicone sieve with Rooibos Lavender tea and secure it to the Mosi Infuser lid.
STEP 2: Attach the lid and pour water (about 200F degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.
STEP 3: Lock and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes.
STEP 4: Add shot of gin, lemon juice, sparkling water, and honey into a glass.
STEP 5: Pour the tea into the glass then stir. Garnish with lavender sprigs. Enjoy!
