Vanilla Matcha Collagen Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted almonds, finely processed
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • ½ tbsp Mosi Vanilla Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp collagen
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut flakes

Tools + Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring cup
  • Food processor

Directions

STEP 1: In a food processor, finely process your almonds. Next add medjool dates and hemp seeds into your processor and blend until combined.

STEP 2: Add your Mosi Vanilla Matcha powder and collagen powder. Process until combined.

STEP 3: Add coconut oil and maple syrup and blend again. Remove mixture from your processor.

STEP 4: With your hands, roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a mini bite. Roll each bite into coconut flakes. Repeat process.

STEP 5: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour in a sealed container to set. But if you’re impatient like me, you can eat them right away.
