The tea arrived safely and quickly, shipping took about two days after the order was put in. I was very impressed with the quality, it was sealed to ensure freshness and it smelled amazing when I opened it up. I strongly recommend cutting the seal with scissors instead of trying to get it with your fingers, otherwise you might tear the zipper and you won’t be able to close it. This didn’t exactly happen to me but as I was trying to open it up with my fingers, it didn’t want to rip so I saved myself the hassle and just cut it off instead.

I would also like to recommend that the Mosi team should think about putting the tea measurements on the packaging. It tells you how much water to use and the recommended water temperature but it doesn’t tell you how much tea you should use. I had to go to the website to find that out, which albeit isn’t very difficult, it would just be much more convenient to have it on the packaging itself.

Anyway, I brewed the tea, exactly how it said to do online, and I have to say that this was probably the best chai I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too spicy which was something I was worried about. Instead, it’s sweet with a little kick of spice! Very flavorful and pairs perfectly with a splash of milk. It also wasn't bitter which made it very smooth. My girlfriend liked it too and she doesn’t even care for tea so that’s how you know it’s good. I am totally loving my Mosi tea container! I love the fact that one can steep tea and enjoy it in the very same container. The freshly brewed tea doesn't get cold and one can enjoy it hot to the very last sip. What comfort! I just might keep shopping for loved ones too! Thank you for your great and convenient products.

Tea is flavorful and of good quality. You don't need to use too much for adequate flavor. However, I felt like there should have been more in the bag for the price.

Masala Chai is that perfect “me time” tea. Mosi has hit just the right spice balance. Hot or cold this is nothing short of perfection. I love that you can identify the spices and visually see the tea leaves unfold. No handful of powder, no residue at the bottom of the cup. Mosi is top notch tea. I’m hooked!
