Assam Black Tea Chicken Thighs
- 3 cups of Mosi Morning Black tea (brewed)
- 4 tsp of Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
- 2 tsps of honey
- 6 brown sugar cubes
- 1/2 tsp of actual loose leaf black tea leaves
- 1 tsp of whole all spice
- 1/2 tsp of thyme
- 1/2 tsp of garlic
- 1 tsp of Walkerswood Jerk seasoning

- Mosi All-in-One infuser to combine all the ingredients easily
- Measuring spoons

STEP 1: Brew the Mosi Morning Black tea using your preferred method (simplify this step by using our Mosi infuser for best results). Add the loose leaf tea to the silicone sieve and secure it to the infuser lid.
STEP 2: Pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.
STEP 3: Attach the lid, switch up the lock, and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes. Flip over and let the tea sit for 15 minutes or until it is cooled off.
STEP 4: Blend all ingredients, including the tea, in a blender to make a marinade.
STEP 5: Put chicken thighs in a large plastic bag and add the marinade. Marinate at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
STEP 6: Cook chicken in saucepan until they are moist and the outsides are golden brown. STEP 7: Enjoy!
