Water Temperature:185F (noticeable steam)
Steep Time: 2-4 Minutes

Masala Chai

A full-bodied Chai tempered by soothing warm spices.

Ingredients: Assam Black Tea from Tezpure region, India; and spices (cardamom, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and black pepper) from Kerala and Karnataka, India.
Serving Size: 1 tsp/8 oz
Water Temperature: 206 F (small boiling bubbles)
Steep Time: 3-5 Minutes

Earl Grey

Bold and lively with the citrusy aroma of bergamot.

Ingredients: Assam Black Tea from the Texpure region of India and Bergamot oil from Andhra Pradesh, India.
Serving Size: 1 tsp/8 oz
Water Temperature: 212 F (rolling boil)
Steep Time: 2-4 Minutes

Vanilla Matcha

A clean and creamy union with a warm sweetness.

Ingredients: Matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and Vanilla from Australia.
Serving Size: 1 tsp/8 oz
Water Temperature: 185 F (noticeable steam)
Latte Preparation: Add 2 oz of water, shake to mix, add warm milk and shake until frothy.

Rooibos Lavender

Nutty and sweet with hints of honey and lavender.

Ingredients: Uncut Rooibos from Cederberg, South Africa, and natural Lavender from France.
Serving Size: 1 tsp/8 oz
Water Temperature: 200 F (small boiling bubbles)
Steep Time: 3-5 minutes

    Great for tea on the go!

    I’ve tried other infusers in to go bottles and they all oversteep but not Mosi. Good product.
