- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ice cubes
- Pumpkin Cold Foam:
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Tools + Equipment
- Mosi All-in-One infuser to combine all the ingredients easily
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cup
MAKE THE PUMPKIN COLD FOAM:
STEP 1: In a tall glass, use a milk frother to froth the pumpkin pie filling, pumpkin pie spice, milk, cream and sugar. Froth for 1 to 2 minutes until the cold foam thickens up.
MAKE THE LATTE:
STEP 2: Fill the mini sieve with Mosi Masala Chai tea and secure it to the infuser lid.
STEP 3: Attach the lid and pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout. Add sugar.
STEP 4: Switch up the lock and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes. Flip over and let the tea sit for 15 minutes or until it is cooled off.
STEP 5: Add ice cubes and the cream to your chilled iced chai tea and stir until well combined.
STEP 6: Gently scoop the pumpkin cold foam on top of the iced chai tea. There should be stiff foam that sits on top, and some runnier foam that will seep down into the chai tea. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
