Directions
MAKE APPLE BROWN SUGAR SIMPLE SYRUP:
STEP 1: Put water, sugar, sliced apples, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan and bring mixture to a boil.
STEP 2: Once boiling, lower heat and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until mixture thickens and apples have softened.
STEP 3: Strain mixture into a bowl, being sure to press down on the apples with a wooden spoon or spatula to extract as much juice as possible.
STEP 4: Keep syrup in bowl or pour into a mason jar and place in fridge to cool completely before using. Syrup will continue to thicken as it cools.
MAKE THE LATTE:
STEP 1: Fill the mini sieve with Mosi Masala Chai tea and secure it to the infuser lid.
STEP 2: Attach the lid and pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.
STEP 3: Switch up the lock and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes. Flip over once finished steeping.
STEP 4: Steam milk in the microwave or stovetop (140-150 degrees) and wait until frothy.
STEP 5: Add apple brown sugar simple syrup, steeped tea, and steamed milk to your mug. Top off with froth.
STEP 6: Drizzle with additional apple brown sugar simple syrup and caramel. Sprinkle on some cinnamon. Enjoy!
