This combines the spices of masala chai with some milky, creamy latte.

Vanilla Masala Chai Latte


  • 1 tsp Mosi Masala Chai loose leaf tea
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or white sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch cloves
  • pinch nutmeg

STEP 1: Fill the mini sieve with Mosi Masala Chai tea then secure it to the infuser lid.

STEP 2: Pour water (about 185 degrees which has small boiling bubbles) into your infuser through the spout.

STEP 3: Attach the lid, switch up the lock, and flip the infuser upside down for 2-4 minutes then flip over.

STEP 4: Meanwhile, add your spices, vanilla, almond milk, and sugar to a mug.

STEP 5: Flip over, pour the tea into a mug, stir and enjoy!⁠

Note: This recipe is best enjoyed hot in a mug or in your Mosi infuser.
